Drone helps with counting plants precisely

    Nursery images made by a drone can be analyzed and used for counting your crop. A young Dutch company works like this for Dutch nurseries.

    The company Drone analysis is established by two young entrepeneurs, Sebastiaan van Adrichem and Roy Monissen. Initially, they wanted to use drones analyzing football matches in the Dutch premier league, but due to legislation (in the Netherlands it is prohibited flying a drone above a number of people).

    Now Drone analysis is focusing on horticulture. They have already made the drone application possible for the first Dutch nursery, Van der Salm who is specialized in ornamental plants like lavender and boxwood for European retailers.
