Flower Expo Ukraine 2019 has set its dates for 16-18 April

    Flower Expo Ukraine takes place annually at the International Exhibition Centre (IEC) in Kyiv and for coming year the dates are set from 16-18 April. In 2019 the exhibition will be held for the 13th time.

    The market circumstances in Ukraine are becoming more and more favourable; the Ukrainian economy is forecasted to grow with some 3.5% this year and another 2.5% next year, trade between Ukraine and EU is increasing rapidly and the situation in the country is stable.

    Purchasing power of Ukrainian people is growing steadily and Ukrainians are very fond of flowers & plants. Consumption of flowers and plants is very well embedded in the culture and furthermore flowers and plants are given on numerous of occasions e.g. birthdays, international women’s day (March 8th), first school day (September 1st) and teachers day (the first Sunday of October). Valentines day is also increasing in popularity.

    This makes Ukraine, a market of 44 million people, one of the last emerging markets in Europe.

    Flower Expo Ukraine offers exhibitors an opportunity to meet their clients face-to-face, find new contacts and explore this high potential market.

    An extensive demo program, including top floral designers from The Netherlands, will once again take place during the three exhibition days attracting great numbers of florists from all over the country.

    During Flower Expo Ukraine 2018, nearly 9.000 visitors made their way to the exhibition to source new products, make new contacts, obtain market information or visit one of the numerous floral demonstrations.

    Some 98 companies from 9 countries worldwide have chosen Flower Expo Ukraine as platform to launch or strengthen their business in Ukraine.

    Flower Expo Ukraine is being organised under the patronage of the Flower Council of Ukraine and each year, the exhibition brings together industry professionals from the horticultural sector from around Ukraine and CIS Countries.

    The Ukrainian League of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs and the Netherlands Embassy in Kyiv are supporting the exhibition.
