IPH deploys new perishable centre

Last week IP Handlers deployed a new warehouse. The warehouse is named APC: Amsterdam Perishable Centre. In the future IPH wants to dedicate more in handling different types of perishables: flowers, fruits, vegetables, as well as pharma products.

The fully temperature controlled warehouse of 6.000m2 is located opposite the 10.000 m2 IPH premises in Aalsmeer. The building was deployed last Friday, well in time to handle the expected extra volumes of for Valentine and women’s Day flowers.

With four simultaneously operating vacuum coolers, separate short storage rooms, a phytosanitary point, 22 loading docks IPH is looking forward to further growth this year.
