Mini-drones like insects for greenhouses

There will be a sequel to the finished HiPerGreen drone project. The aim is to develop mini-drones for greenhouses that resemble insects.

The sequel is titled Flapping Wings. Project leader is Mauro Gallo, lecturer biomimicry at Dutch university for applied sciences Inholland Delft. Biomimicry is the science that learns from nature for sustainable innovations.

HiPerGreen (High Precision Greenhouse Farming) started also from Inholland Delft. This research project will lead to drone practices in greenhouses. For this the startup company Applied Drone Innovations (ADI) is working together with Dutch nurseries.
